Mannaerts Moreschini & Associati is an independent boutique law firm with offices in Rome and Milan. Having completed their training in prestigious law firms in Rome, Amsterdam and New York and being registered with the relevant Bars, our lawyers are very equipped to practise law internationally. Orientation towards customised solutions
We focus our attention on obtaining quick and concrete solutions to problems and conflicts, which are often transnational. Whenever possible – and always in the client’s interest – we use alternative conflict solutions, such as mediation and assisted negotiation procedures, in order to avoid court proceedings. However, litigation is also among our areas of activity. As a boutique law firm, we provide clients with personal attention from experienced lawyers. We are prompt in providing our assistance, using the latest technology and communication tools.
Independence
The firm’s field of activity includes all matters that develop within the Italian legal system, particularly those that also have international implications. These activities are carried out by the members of our office independently from other firms. In order to provide multidisciplinary services, we make use of our network of law firms, accountants, notaries and other professionals, operating both in Italy and in other jurisdictions, referring clients to them and/or interfacing on their behalf.
