Law firm Mannaerts Moreschini & Associati, represented by lawyers Angela Mannaerts and Paola Moreschini, with its registered office in Via Giuseppe Pisanelli no. 4, 00196 Rome (hereinafter referred to as the “Firm” or the “Data Controller”), hereby informs you, in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), about the processing of personal data collected through the website www.2mlex.com, in the Contact section.

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is the law firm Mannaerts Moreschini & Associati, represented by lawyers Angela Mannaerts and Paola Moreschini, with registered office in Rome, Via Giuseppe Pisanelli no. 4, 00196 Rome. The Data Controller can be contacted via PEC (certified electronic mail) at: 2mlex@legalmail.it.
The Firm has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

2. Personal Data Processed

Through the contact form available on the website, the Firm collects the following personal data:

  • Full name
  • E-mail address
  • Any other personal data voluntarily provided in the text of the message

3. Purposes of Processing

The personal data provided will be processed exclusively in order to:

  • respond to contact and/or information requests submitted via the website form;
  • recontact the data subject, if necessary, for further clarifications;
  • comply with legal obligations or requests from competent authorities.

4. Legal Basis of Processing

The processing of personal data is lawful as it is based on:

  • the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b, GDPR);
  • compliance with legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c, GDPR);
  • the possible explicit consent of the data subject for additional purposes (e.g. sending information notices or newsletters, if activated).

5. Methods of Processing

Data will be processed by electronic means and, on a residual basis, in paper form, by adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

6. Provision of Data

The provision of the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary in order for the Firm to respond to requests. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the Firm to provide a response.

7. Disclosure and Access to Data

Personal data may be disclosed to external parties cooperating with the Firm for purposes strictly connected to the management of requests received (e.g. IT service providers, hosting providers) or to comply with legal obligations. No transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area is envisaged.

8. Data Retention

Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to process the request received and, subsequently, for the period required under applicable legal and tax liability regulations, unless explicit consent has been given for different purposes.

9. Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has the right to:

  • obtain access to his/her personal data (Article 15 GDPR);
  • obtain the rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR);
  • request the erasure of data (Article 17 GDPR);
  • obtain the restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR);
  • object to the processing (Article 21 GDPR);
  • obtain data portability (Article 20 GDPR), where applicable;
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
