Marco Mangia assists clients in the areas of civil, commercial and corporate law, with particular focus on M&A transactions and on the structuring and protection of private wealth and high-value assets. He also assists clients in the resolution of civil and commercial disputes.

Marco joined our team in May 2026, bringing with him experience in civil, commercial, urban planning and real estate law.

Marco is also the author of contributions regularly published in legal journals and online legal portals.

He graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University (LL.M. in Law, Innovation & Sustainability, taught in English) and obtained a second-level Master’s degree in Art Law from the LUISS School of Law, gaining a strong specialization in art law, cultural heritage and intellectual property. He is currently attending the Art History course at Sotheby Institute of Art. He is a Student Member of the ALA – Art Lawyers Association, a global network of lawyers specializing in art law founded in 2023, with members from museums, auction houses and private law firms. His dual academic background allows him to offer an interdisciplinary perspective, combining a solid grounding in civil and corporate law with specialization in the art market, cultural heritage protection and IP.
