Romina Protto is an Italian lawyer with over 15 years of experience in Civil Law and, particularly, Commercial and Corporate Law. She has assisted national and international clients in both civil proceedings as well as in extrajudicial matters.

Romina has acquired extensive experience in Real Estate Law, assisting international clients in strategic transactions and investments in Italy and assisting clients in the development of all phases of their construction projects. She handles all related contractual and corporate matters, also examining the relevant administrative and town planning issues.

In addition, she handles labour law matters related to corporate and real estate transactions.

Working with firms with a predominantly international character and assisting international clients has allowed her to gain experience in the assessment of issues relating to Private International law and European law.

Romina has had several professional experiences abroad, such as a secondment at the legal department of the Dutch group The Social Hub (Amsterdam) in 2017 and a foreign associate internship at the law firm Mason Hayes & Curran in Dublin in 2011.

While working, she obtained a master’s degree in international contracts in 2017.
