Paolo is an international tax consultant and accountant with more than 30 years of experience in the field of Corporate, M&A, Corporate Governance and Insolvency Law, and has in the recent years developed expertise in Trust Law.

During his professional career, Paolo has assisted multinational groups as well as mid-sized companies, financial institutions, investors and developers operating in various industrial, manufacturing and real estate sectors. In addition, he performs trustee and administrator services, thereby ensuring the adequate patrimonial investments and monitoring the investment portfolios.

Paolo was a Board Member of the Order of Public Accountants of Rome from 1996 to 2000 and from 2003 to 2007, with special responsibility as Councilor Secretary. Since 2015, he has been a delegate of the National Council of Public Accountants and Accountancy Experts in the Anti-Money Laundering Group of the Fédération des Experts-comptables Européens (FEE Anti-Money Laundering Working Party) at the European Union.

Paolo operates as Managing Director and Supervisory Director of several limited liability and joint stock companies. In addition, as of 1999, Paolo has been a lecturer of Preparatory Courses organized by the Order of Public Accountants of Rome at the La Sapienza University to oversee qualification as a Registered Accountant and, since 2002, he has taught mandatory Continuing Professional Education Courses organized by the same Order.
