Experience

Andrea is a lawyer with 25 years of experience in Employment Law and Civil Law in general, and Commercial and Corporate Law in particular.

Andrea specialises in employment and social security law, focusing particularly on human resources organisation, disciplinary proceedings, contracts, dismissals, restructuring processes, litigation and industrial relations.

He has extensive experience with Italian and international clients, especially Spanish ones.

Andrea is accredited with the following Spanish institutions in Italy: the Oficina Economica y Comercial of the Spanish Embassy in Milan, Basque Trade & Investment, Milan and Catalonia Trade & Investment, Milan.

Since 2008, he has been a speaker at conferences and seminars in the field of employment law and is the author of numerous publications, most recently “Il licenziamento del lavoratore, il procedimento, le casistiche e le tutele, tutte le novità” (ed. Seac, 2021).

By interacting with a wide range of clients and colleagues, both Italian and foreign, Andrea has developed excellent interpersonal skills throughout his professional career.

Since 2018, Andrea has been the exclusive Advisor for Employment Law (Corporate) and Employment Law (Individuals) in Italy for IR Global, an international network of lawyers and tax advisors.
