Mediation and ADR
Mannaerts Moreschini & Associati assists clients in the prevention and management of conflicts, while aiming at dispute resolution through negotiation. The lawyers assist clients during procedures of arbitration, mediation, assisted negotiation and the spectrum of conciliation procedures provided by law for each specific sector, such as for banking and financial services and for communication services.

Paola, a partner of the firm, participated in 2022 in the working group set up by the Ministry of Justice to draft the draft decrees implementing the Cartabia Reform on ADR.  Since 2023 Paola has been a delegate of the Italian Ministry of Justice to participate in the UNCITRAL working group on Dispute Settlement, a UN project.

We assist parties in reaching separation and divorce agreements, in regulating parental responsibility and dividing and managing family assets, collaborating with a range of professionals (such as psychologists, accountants, civil law notaries), using the experience and the techniques of the so-called collaborative law practice.

The Firm’s lawyers also provide support to clients regarding the economic aspects of marriage, civil partnership and de facto cohabitation, also drafting cohabitation contracts based on Italian law.

Litigation
The lawyers of the Firm represent clients in all types of civil proceedings and at any level, including before the Italian Supreme Court. Examples of such proceedings are ordinary, summary, precautionary and urgent proceedings, voluntary jurisdiction proceedings, and executive and insolvency procedures.

In addition, The Firm is equipped to assist clients before the criminal courts with the valuable collaboration Of Counsel Livia Rossi and, with regard to administrative proceedings, the firm relies on the cooperation of Of Counsel Vittorio Chierroni.

With its network of lawyers abroad, the Firm supports clients in disputes concerning international jurisdiction and applicable law.
